Adding multiple stores in one website, with different settings

Hi there,

I run a small company which' core business is selling mountainbike clinics. So i built a storepage with the different clinics I offer. (see here: https://www.allride.cc/clinics). I'm also starting to sell mountainbike products online, so I need to built a webshop. I sell different products and different brands, but I'm unable to make it happen without altering the /clinics store. 

How can I built a webshop storepage where I can just add the different brands and products and categories that just stay within that specific store?
