Anchor links not going to specific place on page

Hi! I am trying to link bio photos on the main page of a site to that specific person's bio on the team page using anchor links. The links are bringing me to the team page but not the specific section.

The link I am using on the homepage image is (for example): https://flower-clownfish-ahtn.squarespace.com/team/#rohit-ogra

and the code block on the person's bio section on the team page is: <p id="rohit-ogra"</p>

@Celeste_Woodside I find that I need to always have a separate browser open with that site in an incognito window because the editor never looks exactly like the live site.
