Product Variant Dropdown Text Sizing

Hi, 

I'm having issues with my product variant dropdown looking too small on desktop devices (e.g. PC and iMac). It looks fine on laptop and mobile, but is extremely small and hard to read on any device larger.

I'm not sure if this an aspect ratio issue/ if there is a work around for this?
