Testimonial Carousel Control Color change!

Hi, I would like to change the color of my testimonial carousel arrows controls on just this page (I have 2 carousels but I want diiferent colors). Attached is a screenshot of how I want the arrows to look - Orange outline, orange arrow and transperent fill.
