Contact form block

Hi everyone,

On the mobile version I don't have any problem with my contact form but on dekstop the boxes are "stuck" and some words are stucks too.

How can I fix this please?

What do you mean by stuck?

I mean there is no space between the boxes. It appears good on squarespace preview but when I see on the website directly the apparence is not good.

Right, I understand, can you share your website URL? Have you added any code?
