Tucker
I am looking to do a tiered discount sale that essentially bumps up the discount to the order depending on the subtotal. $389 or more is a 15% discount, $778 or more bumps the discount up to 20%, and so on. I was originally planning on making 3 automatic discounts to be applied at checkout, one for orders $389 or more to apply a 15% discount, another for $778 or more to be 20% off, and the last for orders $1,167 or more to do a 25% discount. My question though is this: Will someone that is purchasing let's say $1,200 worth of product be receiving all three discounts as all the conditions are met? Does Squarespace apply all applicable automatic discounts or will it just choose the largest? Link to comment
Solution Taizzy Posted November 23, 2023 Solution Share Posted November 23, 2023 Hi Tucker, the discount for such person will be getting just 1 discount of product worth of $1,200 at that instance. I think Squarespace will show the customer the available discount or promotion can be set in person to advertise the various discount offers Link to comment

I went ahead and did the sale and found that Squarespace automatically applies one discount that is the best savings for the customer. Link to comment
