Trying to fix video issues and add music

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to upload some of my video work on to squarespace but it keeps reading "Unable to upload" when I visit my site. I also want to add music to my site so that when I get visitors, my music will automatically play. Any tips on performing these two tasks? It would really mean a lot to me.

Hello, Glad I found this conversation, I have uploaded a 19 min video to the members area of a site, I have 50 hours available to upload, 50 % of the video uploads in 10 mins, but now the rest of the upload just pauses and has done for 5 hours now? I have done all the above you are talking about, I have started again once. It doesn't give me any any message or idea that if its still uploaded , please help thank you
