Squished or Cutoff Text

Hello all! I'm very new to SquareSpace and I've tried searching for answers on a few problems I have been having. Two of these problems I need a resolution to asap: When I am pasting text from a word document into a text box on my page the rows of words layer on top of each other like the leading is off. I have tried copy/pasting just text (no format), coping from different sources, clicking the "remove format", etc. Nothing seems to fix this.

The second biggest issue I have is my footer's text keep getting cutoff and even if I adjust the frame sizes for the text and section, nothing seems to fix this.

I appreciate any insight or help.

When you copy text, you can click Remove format

Hi @Lynb3rg the first screenshot looks like you might have 2 overlapping text block.  Can you share a link to your website or even better a video showing the issues.
