Summary carousel transition fade — I'm so close to figuring it out!

Hello! 

I'm trying to change the transition of my summary carousel to fade in, rather than slide. With the help of many threads in this forum, I've been able to get 90% of the way there! But my new transition speed is applying to the slides only for the first load. When reversing back through the slides, or looping through to the start, the animation doesn't apply.

Hoping someone here might have the solution!
