lost scheduling page

Help please? I created a whole scheduling page yesterday and now I cant find it anywhere. Acuity says that my name is not available as a link so this tells me perhaps I a have two trial accounts but have tried logging in with my apple id as well as my google as well as a standard email and password and its still not showing me the page I created yesterday. I have the url link that has a different trial name to today's but i cant open it. I dont know how to bring up this page I created and I put alot of work into it so Id rather not recreate it...
