Large spaces between images and banner

Hi - I'm hoping someone on here can help me.

My website has various project pages which start with a title and description followed by a series of images as the user scrolls down. For some reason on each project page, there is a huge gap above and below the title and description (see images- the red boxes on one of the images highlight the sections of space I want to reduce.)

Im guessing I need to inject some code as I have tried playing with all the various parameters in the design. I'm not great at coding, so if you could be as descriptive as possible I would really appreciate it.
