Has anyone been able to add an icon/logo to appear in inboxes for their customer emails?

Hi,

I've recently set up my account and am running test emails and it doesn't look too professional that no icon comes up in the receiver's inbox. I did speak to the Sqaurespace Asssitant and apparently this feature isn't available yet but I wondered if anyone had figured out a way?

Hey thanks for confirming this Paul.

It is extremely unprofessional to not have an image/profile picture when sending emails. Is there something squarespace can do about this. I use squarespace to run my personal training business and this would be a great upgrade. People won't click on emails without an image, this could be a huge point of concern and according to your last post, SS does not have a solution yet. Has there been any changes made in regards to this problem?
