BUG: iframe embed doesn't scroll back to top when checking out

Hi all,

We've switched to the new Acuity scheduling page experience, however we're experiencing a bug using the iframe embed. 

We have a particularly long waiver/disclaimer and require emergency contact details, which makes the 'Your Information' panel quite long in page length.  Upon clicking 'Continue to Payment', the page fails to jump back to the top, meaning the Checkout panel is at the top of the page and completely out of view. This doesn't happen when using direct links, only when using an embed.

Can this be reported and fixed?

Secondly, when is advanced CSS coming back the new scheduling page experience?

We're having a similar problem with it not scrolling up after people click "submit". Many customers are complaining they "never see a confirmation" when they make an appointment because it's all the way back up at the top of the page. Super annoying.

I've opened multiple help tickets about this and not heard a thing back for months. All we really want is the ability for it to go to a new page for "confirmation". 

Our site is experiencing a similar scrolling problem. The embedded scheduler is automatically scrolling down when you click on a booking time, which is breaking UX. Can this be looked into?

If you haven't already done so, you may want to report this to Acuity Customer Support. This is the only official channel to report potential bugs so that they can be accurately tracked, investigated, and, if necessary, escalated.
