I want to set up a zap that sends new customer info to my email marketing provider, activecamapign

I understand that Squarespace offers email campaigns but I use ActiveCampaign because it has capabilities that Squarespace doesn't and I want to communicate with customers there.

However, I haven't been able to find any way to do it.

This is the response I got from Squarespace live chat support:

I double checked and I am afraid it isn't possible to set this up to be triggered when a customer makes a purchase. You can only connect this to form blocks or newsletter blocks on your site.

I'm baffled by this because it seems to me to be such a basic, and I would imagine common, need.

Is there another way to make this happen via integration, code, etc. Thanks for any input!

You should be able to use a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tool like Parabola or Make. Here's a link to a Make template that looks for new orders to be fulfilled in your Squarespace store and then adds the customer's details to ActiveCampaign as a contact.
