Background image transition not working when page is loaded - it is not following the Site Style animation (Fade)

Hi All,

I am a (very) beginner and as I have been adding pages I have discovered the 'Contact' page is not responding to the Site-Style animation (Fade). It is just appearing really quickly and looks very jarring. All other pages are loading and fading in fine. I don't know how to fix it if it is a site wide application not working on just the one page.

Any ideas? Thank you!!
