Image border only showing on 2 sides of image

I am trying to apply this simple border to an image via custom css but it is only showing up on 2 sides. The block is set to fill. Can't find any way to make the other 2 sides show up

Try applying the border to the block rather than the image inside the block:

#block-fc3836dad45a79aba3b2 {
      border: 5px solid #000;
}
