Different Dropshadow for Mobile only

Hi I was able to add a dropshadow for this box on my desktop and it looks great but I need it different for mobile because it doesn't adjust accordingly like I thought it would.  Basically it's way too pronounced in mobile while it's rather subtle on desktop.  Is there anything I can do?  

@jBeezy yes you should add a media query for smaller screens and then adjust the distance of the drop shadow accordingly for the smaller font sizes. If you share a link to the specific page you need help with, we can provide specific code for you to add to custom CSS.
