How do I automatically display subcategories in a shop when hovering over the category without clicking on it?

Hi, 

I've created a shop page with categories but everytime I go onto the category it opens a new page and I'd just like it to drop down into the seperate categories instead of having this multiple step process any help would be much appreciated
