First Time Client Appointment Type

Hi! I want to create an appointment type that can only be scheduled once per client.  Basically a "new client" appointment with a specific duration and price.  I do not want people to be able to book this more than one time per client.  

Suggestions on how to achieve it?  I'd prefer to not have to have them enter a coupon code but that is the only way I can see.
