Edit desktop and mobile blocks separately

Hi, I would like to edit a block of my site but independently between desktop and mobile. Unfortunately, however, if I optimize the block in the mobile version, the one in the desktop version automatically changes. I have version 7.1 but I can't edit blocks separately. I would like the gallery in the mobile version to be as optimized as the one in the desktop version.

Hi, desktop and mobile have different aspect ratio, so they will look different. Do you have an mock up of how you want both the desktop and mobile to look? I suggest make the desktop version how you want then there are a couple of options to edit the mobile version, depending on how you want the mobile to look.
