Any Real Help With Collecting Out Of State Sales Tax With TaxJar Extention?

I have been emailing back and forth with TaxJar for 8 days now without any resolution. SquareSpace requires a ticket number from TaxJar (which they don't supply, so another email back to them). Does anyone out there know how I can collect out of state sales tax? I have nexus in Illinois and the state requires to collect 6.5% sales tax on all out of state sales. Is there an alternative to TaxJar? Should I just move my website to Shopify? Honestly, I getting sick of being nickel and dimed for every sales platform, shipping platform, invoicing platform.... Is there a one a done commerce platform that actually helps and supports online retailers?
