No, this is not possible. A digital product like a Squarespace Course or membership of a Member Site must be purchased through the Squarespace Checkout. This means that customers must use credit cards or PayPal for fixed amount one-time payment pricing plans, or credit cards for fixed-amount installment and subscription pricing plans. Did this help?
