How to change the text quote colour background in a blog post page?

I'm creating blog post pages and am using the 'Quote' text style in the text editor. Does anyone know how I can simply change this background colour and text colour? I've looked in site styles/colour but have not found anything to change it

Or you can also try adding this to Website > Website Tools (under Not Linked) > Custom CSS first
