Anchor Link On One Page Website Works on Desktop but Not Mobile.

Recommended Posts

Hello!

I have created a one page website and created a static navbar that has a smooth scroll feature when you press each option on the navbar. The call to action buttons on the website all link to the same page to the "Contact Us" section after clicked. Everything works well on Desktop, but when I use it on mobile the only one that doesn't work properly are the buttons that lead to the "Contact Us" section of the website.

I have no idea why. The code for the different sections are all the same - just alternating the tags depending on the section. This is the code used for every section, and this one is specifically for the contact us page:

<a name ="contact"></a>

Just a note I put the code blocks for each section, one section above since it tends to overshoot the section when an anchored button is pressed (if theres a solution for this i'd love to hear it as well).

My website is:

www.bingingbrands.com if you would like to see the issue I am talking about. Look at desktop at mobile.

Thanks so much!

Hey, @tuanphan it doesnt scroll to correct position.

You are using SS 7.1, so you can edit page > click mobile icon on top right > then adjust anchor link code block position on mobile
