Can't upload an album

Hi, 

I have been working on this music label's new website where I only have to transfer the content from the old website, which is also developed on Squarespace, to the new one. But when it comes to make the album pages, I just can't find the feature. Whilst it is possible to create a new Album on the old website but not on the new one. My Pages display when I press "+" is different too than the other one.  

Does anyone as a clue and if so can help me settle it like the old website's features ?

The new website is built on Squarespace 7.1 but Album Pages are only available on version 7.0. To add audio for visitors to listen to in version 7.1, you’ll need to use Audio Blocks or SoundCloud Blocks.

You can still build a new website on the older version (7.0) and use Album Pages, but you won’t have access to the new Squarespace features that are on 7.1.

At what point when I start a new website can I decide which version I want to use?
