Request customers email before providing URL (web page)

Hi there,

is it possible to request a users contact details before they can access a page on my site? (We are offering live access to our digital magazine (embedded on our site) for just one prompt for their name, title and email address.)

I have thought of many ways, through members area, subscribing etc. However this would mean a longer process for the customer and even asks for their payment details. Although free option still asks for their credit card!

I do not want to put off the customer in anyway. 

Any suggestions would be gratefully appreciated
