Add ability to retain member with retention discounts and a reason drop down for cancellation

Hi

I want to know if there's an ability to retain members with retention discounts if they try to cancel a subscription and also to have reason drop down for subscription cancellations. Stripe currently has these features but SquareSpace doesn't. 

I think it's a pretty simple update to have the ability to retain members by discounts populating as they go to cancel or at least know why they cancelled to improve the membership going forward.
