Rolling banner of videos - Text overlayed

I am hoping there is a way that I can create a rolling banner that has video instead of an image.

Ideally when you land on the page just under the header a short 5 sec video will play and over the top some text will animate on.
After the 5sec it changes to another video where there can be different text (headline and body of text).
There are 3 videos that should be seen and the banner should endlessly cycle through them. 

Essentially I want what a carousel banner does but to have video in the background not images and have the option to add text including an H1 and p2 text. 

Is there a tutorial out there that can teach me this or can someone point me in the right direction please.
