How can I download customer invoices?

Hello,

I use Squarespace invoices, however, without the payment processor. As my clients are not interested in this.
I would like to download the invoices I sent to my clients, but this seems impossible currently?  I can only select "Resend - Edit - Preview - Duplicate", none of which allow me to download the invoice. Any solution to downloading an invoice sent to a customer?

This is also a major issue for us.

One workaround I've found for this is to use a snipping tool and snip the invoice from the Squarespace site, then paste it into a Word document, and then turn that Word into a .pdf file. Not ideal but works decently.

Same for us, I don't understand why you can't download them, trying to export a PDF just comes out all wrong too. I've been screenshotting them but the quality level isn't good when needing to fit everything on there. There's also no easy way to report this either. Being able to download an invoice surely is important for most companies and accounts, why would it not be a feature. 

They need to improve their invoicing features.  I don't understand why we can't download invoices either.  I have switched over from wix and find the squarespace invoicing missing many features. 

Wow, had no idea this wasn't possible. Squarespace payments w/ invoices feels like a non-starter just from this alone.

I see this question was from Nov. 2023. Has there been any solution yet? I just got everything all set up in invoices and now found out I can't export as PDF. 

PLease change this squarespace!! The invoicing tool is useless.
