Fixed Basic Header on site has issue

Hi,

The fixed header changes size on scrolling up and down, would like it to stay same size despite scrolling up and down. Please advise on how to fix this. Thanks!

You try adding this to Website > Website Tools (under Not Linked) > Custom CSS to fix problem

div.header-announcement-bar-wrapper {
    padding-top: 2.75vw !important;
    padding-bottom: 2.75vw !important;
}
