No response from Customer Support

Hello Squarespace team!

I have two cases logged with support and no response for days now, references 9221351 and 9213580 regarding an issue publishing my website and no response for days now.

Quite unnaceptable to have this poor quality of support for something that is probably a 2 minute fix, still nobody assigned to the case!

Is there a phone number we can reach to make sure our issues aren't ignored?

Unfortunately Squarespace doesn't offer phone support. 

So what recourse do we have if our technical issues are ignored and our businesses are impacted?

I can't comment on Squarespace support except to echo what @sayreambrosio said. You can contact them via the support form (which I believe you've already done) or via live chat (Monday to Friday
4am to 8pm EST).
