Problem with ading a user to Google Workspace

I currently have 3 users on the 'Personal Plan', for the past 4 days I have been trying to add a new user to Google Workspace to use an email address with my domain. However, each time I try, I get the payment loading screen below which never loads, waiting as long as 30 mins. This is frustrating since I can't have it done directly from Google Workspace. I'd highly appreciate it if someone can provide a solution ASAP, this is urgent at this point and hurting my business.

Hi there was there a solution provided by Squarespace?

I am having the same issue and still waiting on an email response from Squarespace support. 

I get the same issue in Edge, Chrome, Brave and on my mobile device running IOS with chrome and safari. 

Browser logs show {"reason":"SUBSCRIPTION_COULD_NOT_BE_FOUND"}

I am also having this problem. Was there any resolution? I cannot get the support I need and I need to get employee emails created asap.

even after clearing cache it still seems not to be working and also switching to safari, anyone had any luck?

I have the same issue here...

Any news from the support ? 

What are the other option to create a new user ? My client can't wait !

Hi everyone! This looks like a Squarespace-related bug, especially if browser troubleshooting hasn't helped.

You can contact their customer support to report the issue and they should be able to help:

If you haven't heard back in a while, you can reach out to Squarespace on social media and ask them to check on the ticket or help open a new one.

Or as a backup in an emergency, you can transfer the Google Workspace subscription to Google by canceling it in Squarespace. No data is lost, but you would have to set up new billing in Google to keep the service active. Then you can add a new user directly through Google.

You'd also have to keep managing the account through Google, though - you couldn't add it back into the Google Workspace panel of your site.

Exact same problem yesterday and today on Chrome, times out on the Review screen, no response yet from SS support ticket submitted

Aug 24th, ( 3 days ago ) SS support says they are escalating the problem to a specialist, I have still not heard back, might have to cancel and move  directly to Google since not being able to add users is a deal breaker and this is horrible customer support for a critical issue

Did anyone ever get resolution to this? I'm experiencing the same issue. I have been trying to get through to Squarespace support for 3 days now, but have yet to receive a response. Very frustrating!
