Can I sell a product that is only to be available as on "Add on"?

Hi, 

I wonder if anyone has insights or suggestions on whether it's possible to have products within a store that are only visible to customers once another specific product is added to their cart.

The idea is to create a scenario where a "hidden" product becomes visible and available as an add-on only when a specific prerequisite product is added to the cart. For instance, once Product A is added, Product B becomes visible and can be selected as an add-on.

Any guidance or thoughts on achieving this would be greatly appreciated.
