Connect a page to a folder title without using code injection

Hello, 

I build a site for a customer and used a folder with to pages (as a dropdown menu). 

My customer wants to click on the foldername to display a page. (this is normal webbehaviour, not?) 

Why is this not possible? I found a code to inject that makes it possible, but then you need a more expensive plan. She only needs a 'Personal' plan! 

Is there perhaps another solution so that my customer does not have to take a more expensive plan?

1-2 years ago I used to deal with similar case use CSS code in Personal Plan, not sure if it will work now or not, but if you share link to site, I can take a look
