Grey background overlay

Hi,

I am trying to add a new image to a product and get the same grey overlay of the transparent background as the other products. But for whatever reason I cant manage do so. The image is uploaded as a transparent .png with the file size of 1.5 mb, width x height of 2500 pixels and it shows as transparent in the assets section. But when I connect it to the product it shows as white.

What am I doing wrong here?

Hi, you wont see the problem but you would see the grey background I want to create for other products. https://nineyardssweden.com/

The product is not made visible as it is not suppose to be shown in current state, this is a general setting or way of uploading the products which I am missing, it wont help by seeing a product that has a white background shown on the site.

The default setting is suppose to provide a grey background on product pictures uploaded with transparent background, why is my image uploaded with white background instead?
