Problems with viewing a Salonspy widget on Squarespace 7.0

Hello!

Can anyone help with adding a third-party review widget from Salonspy.  The current squarespace template is 7.0 - Alex & Sonny.

Is there something missing from the installation instructions (I couldn't find the installation instructions on Google)? Or is there something you have to enable in a dashboard or something first?

Hi @Inspirerd, thanks so much for replying so quickly! Unfortunately, that's all the info I was given via email. 

Its designed to be full width & is responsive, so please don’t box it in.

@Mandy_miisprint Okay, I am inspecting the code in that script. I believe I see a line that causes the widget to not show up if there are no reviews (it says the review count is 1827, but then shows no reviews in the script). Could that be what is happening?

@Inspirerd Yes there should be 1827 reviews, so that could be it! 

@Mandy_miisprint Yes, I see the other website you linked doesn't have a problem. Maybe there is a way you can fix that on SalonSpy in a dashboard or maybe you need to contact their support. Let me know how it goes and then we can move on to the next part.
