Can I have several instructors add their online classes to the site? Would payments go directly to them or do they go to me to disperse?

I would like to add the membership function to the site, so the instructors can make some extra money throughout the year selling online classes. I do have some questions. Can I have several different instructors offer their online classes to my site? Would payments go directly to them or do payments go to me to disperse? Do classes have to be live using integrate Zoom type setup or are they pre-recorded? Maybe it would be better to use something like Thinkific for this? Last but not least....Where is the best place to find someone to hire to set this up for me? Thanks for the help!
