How to get projects to display in the header menu

I have set up a website using a project/portfolio template called 'Zion'. The template is featured in the Photography section of the latest templates list. I've attached a picture of the template.

I'm not sure how to confirm which version of Squarespace I am using. I followed instructions I found in Help, which seems to say I'm using Squarespace 5. But I've only just started the subscription, and as the template is listed in latest templates in the current version, I'm not sure if that is correct.

My question is, how do I get the projects 'Fashion', 'Lifestyle', and 'Food' to appear in the header menu?

The projects are placed in the listed page 'Work'. I don't seem to be able to move them out to make them listed pages in their own right, rather than subpages, so they appear in the header menu.

Any suggestions?

Thank you!

Yes that's correct, is it possible to list the 3 items next to Work?

Just add 3 Link items, then enter your desired url/name
