Text box expanding on larger screens

Help! For whatever reason, some of the text boxes on my website will expand on larger screen sizes, leaving large gaps between other blocks and buttons. Not sure what to do. I will go in and fix the issue by shrinking the text box and deleting the extra rows, then go back on the website minutes-hours later and the issue returns.
