DaronP
I’m trying to figure out if there’s a way to allow for customers to switch the currency they want to view the prices in. Currently my website shows my prices in AUD as I’m from Australia. But if someone from the US views my website they will still see the price in AUD. Is there any way to change it so a customer can view the prices in their own currency. I’ve tried finding it while editing my website but I don’t think Squarespace allows it which is annoying. Is there any plugins I can use or is there just no option to allow this? Link to comment

Hi @DaronP As you've probably discovered, the Squarespace checkout only supports a single currency per site, so if it is set to AUD, all customers will be billed in this currency. If a customer is based in another country, their bank or payment card will happily process the transaction in AUD and convert the total into their own currency and add a 'conversion charge'. However, customers like to see prices in their own currency on the site so I have a plugin called "Currencies" that allows potential customers to see your prices in their own currency on product pages. If you click on the link you'll find full details but feel free to message me if you have any questions. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️ About: SQSP User for 17 yrs.
