i have multiple looping videos on my page and i want to stop the looping of just one video, how can i do that?

i have multiple looping videos on my page and i want to stop the loop of just one video that is playing as a background on a section how can i do that? my videos are short form content and i cant sample it from youtube shorts for some reason and vimeo requires a subscription to remove ads and icons hovering on the video. i just want to stop looping of one video while the other videos keep looping 😭
