Search Results Page - Title Excerpt

Hi,

I'd like to know if there is any way to do these two things on the search results page:

- show the entire description of the product instead of excerpt only

- enlarge images so they don't appear cut out like in the screenshot below.

My website is private for now, so I don't know if you would need the URL or how to give you access.
