Different text under each product!

its possible to set different short text under each product in the product overview?

It is to show the different brands of products are many different but will also repeat times.

The layout is not be what you show in your example image. I don't know if the layout you show is possible but it doesn't look easy given the way the HTML is structure in that area. It may be possible to take the layout I've provided and move it somewhere else with more custom code but you'd probably need to hire a developer to see if you can get the effect you show in your example layout.
