HealthBenefitsWithJaime
Similar issue here but with an A and CNAME record for our CRM integration with Go High Level. GHL said it's on the squares space side so I'm waiting for a reply or they fix the issue. Until then does anyone have any suggestions??? Link to comment

PixelSoda
Hello @Martalberto - Usually that error happens if there's a conflicting DNS record or rule already included in the domain's settings. With MX records, it's often an email forwarding rule. If you have email forwarding set up, you'll need to remove it before you can add MX records for an email hosting service like Google Workspace. triangletreasury
Hey guys. I just ran into this error and I did not have any other MX records on my account. I had to clear my cookies on google chrome and then it finally worked. I'm not sure why but thought it might help some people! Link to comment
hp37
Okay, I kept trying to verify my google workspace into the new domain DNS settings. However, I did not even get an error. It simply would not get added. The answer posted by triangletreasury helped. 1. Clear all cookie from your browser for Squarespace website. 2. Then first delete the default record, if you see any. Then add the new record. Verification done. Link to comment
