Text color changing only on the part hovering the image

Hello! 

I asked a little while ago if it was possible to change the text color when hovering over an image for better visibility and @tuanphan helped me solved it!

Though, I'm having another issue : when the text is longer than the photo, the part of the text which is not hovering appears white too, making it unreadable on the white background. Is there a possibility to code the text to interact only on the part on the photo? Or give the text a sort of exclusion/difference effect?

I don't know this but you can consider changing text background when hover, if you want this, we can give new code
