How do I split a blog post into multiple pages??

How do I split a blog post into multiple pages?

I can't seem to figure this out. Some blog posts are really long. I would like to have a link at the bottom of the first page that says something like:

Next: Part 2

which then links to the next page. 

However, I do not want the content or page of "part 2" to show up on the main page.

Easy, create a second blog page in the unlinked section of your site, and post all part 2s there. Create a button or link in part one of your original blog pages that links to the second part of your post in your second blog page.
