Member Area Not Working Anymore

One of my member areas is not working at all. It wasn't until recently that I noticed the member area where we want folks to purchase a report is no longer working, even for people who have an account and have purchased the report. It shows me the "this page is for members only. To get access to this page, join or log into this member area." But it doesn't hyperlink to anything or have the sign-up form at all. I'm at a loss as to why it's no longer working. 

It sucks that the live help chat isn't working. I would like to talk to a real person to help guide me.

Same thing is happening for me. Has worked fine for a long time, now everything just gets the Paywall with no login button.
