You haven't added the blue lines yet in any way?

Because you have a border set on the entire site it may be difficult to overlay the lines, but I would certainly start by adding them as an image (transparent PNG) and then maybe we can scale them up to stretch to the edges. Make sure to extend the image block the full width of the canvas to start with.

@Ziggy I tried adding the lines as pngs and used some css to make them overlap between sections, but it wasn't working... Instead of overlapping, they would hide behind the sections. I took them out until I could figure out another way to make them work, haha.
