How to make image linkable in item list (carousel)?

Is there a way to make the images also linkable in an item carousel? The settings under each item don't have a field to add a link on image.

However, is there a place I can inject that code on specific pages? I have another page with a list item where I have the button disabled and it now makes the whole image clickable to a non-existent URL.

I injected the code by going to a page's setting and "Advanced" and pasting under Page Header Code Injection. That works for individual pages someone might need this for!
