MiriamAM Posted October 22 Share Posted October 22 I just did a test purchase of my new course, but it is not showing in my customer account. It does show my order but it doesnt allow me to access the course overview page. Normally, there should be a section called digital products above the orders section. But as seen in the photo (its German) there is only Orders (Bestellungen) not digital Products. Like this, I can't sell my course but I have paid for it to work... Any help would be greatly appreciated!! :) I am on a business plan and I have the digital products add on. Link to comment
Aynsley Posted November 17 Share Posted November 17 Hi, you need to have enabled your course. Go to course settings > enable course. The same thing happened to me and this fixed it! Link to comment
